Conceptual planning for production logistics

Kronospan GmbH, the market leader in the production of panelled and laminate parquet flooring, wished to considerably increase its manufacturing capacity at its works in Lampertswalde. viaLog was assigned

• with developing an expansion concept for the entire production depot. This concept encompassed the installation of a high bay shelving unit for large format intermediate goods.

 
In a second stage, viaLog handled the implementation of the project.
