Distribution strategies intend to rise delivery service, to lower costs and to find an answer to questions like "make or buy".
It is frequently assumed that the costs of storing, handling and transport can be reduced through centralisation. On the other hand, for many industries a distinctive delivery service is crucial. This suggests that a decentralised or an assortment based ABC strategy may be a more suitable solution. viaLog creates individual distribution strategies in three stages:

1. Strategic planning
Targets are identified, strengths and weaknesses assessed, actual logistical costs and accomplishments are discussed and calculated for the foreseeable future.
2. Distribution alternatives
We develop models and compare elements of the distribution:
